  • Our Job Check service handles the entire process of applying for Immigration New Zealand approval to hire migrant workers. We prepare and submit all required documents, ensuring compliance and a smooth approval process.

    • Advertise the job on acceptable platforms to meet INZ labor market test requirements.

    • Gather and prepare all required documents, including proof of job advertisements and screening outcomes.

    • Complete and submit the Job Check application on behalf of the client to INZ.

    • Review applications, conduct interviews, and shortlist candidates based on qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

    • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, including pre-interview briefings.

    • Facilitate offer negotiation, manage contract terms, and ensure smooth onboarding of the selected candidates.

    • Provide ongoing support during the initial employment phase, including integration assistance and feedback collection.

    • Ensure adherence to legal requirements and provide reporting on the recruitment process and outcomes.
